Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL white rum
  • 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL Monin Cucumber syrup
  • 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lime juice
  • 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 oz. 90 mL pineapple juice

Glass: Collins

Glass Size: 16 oz.

Garnish: Dehydrated lime , Pineapple leaves

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed.
  2. Add ice cubes.
  3. Cap and shake vigorously.
  4. Strain into serving glass filled with fresh ice.
  5. Garnish.
