Pickled Dragon Fruit Onions

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1/4 cup Monin Dragon Fruit Syrup
  • 1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 2 cups thinly sliced red onion

Glass Size: 1 pint.

Instructions

      1. In a mixing bowl, combine the vinegar, warm water, dragon fruit syrup, and salt, and whisk until well combined and the salt is fully dissolved.
      2. Add the thinly sliced red onions to the vinegar mixture.
      3. Let the onions soak for at least 1 hour and up to 24 hours before serving.
      4. Store under refrigeration for up to 1 week.
