Pickled Dragon Fruit Onions
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup Monin Dragon Fruit Syrup
- 1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 2 cups thinly sliced red onion

Glass Size: 1 pint.
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the vinegar, warm water, dragon fruit syrup, and salt, and whisk until well combined and the salt is fully dissolved.
- Add the thinly sliced red onions to the vinegar mixture.
- Let the onions soak for at least 1 hour and up to 24 hours before serving.
- Store under refrigeration for up to 1 week.
