Peanut Butter Pie
Ingredients
- 1 (8oz) package of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup Monin Peanut Butter Syrup
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 (9-inch) prepared graham cracker pie crust
- 1 cup premade hot fudge

Glass Size: 1 (9-inch) pie.
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the cream cheese and the syrup to combine then set aside.
- With a hand mixer or in the bowl of a stand mixer, whip the cream and powdered sugar until the mixture reaches stiff peaks.
- Using a rubber spatula, remove 1/3 of the whipped cream and fold it into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined. Add the remaining whipped cream and repeat the process.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust and set in the freezer until mostly frozen or about an hour.
- Cover the top with the hot fudge then serve immediately or tightly wrap with plastic wrap and store in the fridge.
