Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 (8oz) package of cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup Monin Peanut Butter Syrup
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 (9-inch) prepared graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 cup premade hot fudge

Glass Size: 1 (9-inch) pie.

Instructions

      1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the cream cheese and the syrup to combine then set aside.
      2. With a hand mixer or in the bowl of a stand mixer, whip the cream and powdered sugar until the mixture reaches stiff peaks.
      3. Using a rubber spatula, remove 1/3 of the whipped cream and fold it into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined. Add the remaining whipped cream and repeat the process.
      4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust and set in the freezer until mostly frozen or about an hour.
      5. Cover the top with the hot fudge then serve immediately or tightly wrap with plastic wrap and store in the fridge.
