Ingredients

• 1 oz. 30 mL premium gin
• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL Passion Fruit syrup
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lemon juice
• Top with extra dry champagne

Glass Size: 8 oz.

Garnish: Edible flower(s), Lemon peel, wheel or wedge

Instructions

Combine ingredients in an ice-filled shaker in order listed, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Pour into serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage, garnish, and serve.
