Ingredients

• 1 oz. 30 mL Monin Passion Fruit Purée
• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL Monin Vanilla syrup
• 1 oz. 30 mL fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL pineapple juice
• 1 oz. 30 mL aquafaba/chickpea juice

Glass: Coupe Glass

8 oz. 240 mL

Garnish: Orange peel, wheel or wedge

Instructions

Chill serving glass. Pour ingredients into an ice-filled mixing glass in order listed. Cap, shake, and strain into chilled serving glass. Garnish and serve.
