Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL aged rum
  • 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL Monin Passion Fruit syrup
  • 1/2 oz. 15 mL pineapple juice
  • 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL fresh lime juice
  • Top with
  • 2 oz. 60 mL prosecco white wine

Glass: Daiquiri

Glass Size: 10 oz.

Garnish: Passion fruit, Lime peel, wheel or wedge

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in shaker filled with ice in the order listed, except sparkling beverage.
  2. Cap and shake vigorously.
  3. Strain into chilled serving glass.
  4. Top with sparkling beverage.
  5. Garnish.
