"I absolutely had the best experience with Monin. I have ordered the organic vanilla syrup and love it! I used it all up and decided to order the vanilla again but also the hazelnut. They came in quick however I didn’t enjoy the hazelnut at all. I sent a message to Monin asking if maybe I got a bad batch and asked maybe if I could replace it with something else like caramel. No questions asked they honored it and immediately sent out an organic caramel!! I got to have it this morning and my first sip I had to take a step back… it was so DELICIOUS!! Im so happy!
