Ingredients

• 45 ml aged rum
• 30 ml Monin Mojito Mint syrup
• 2 dash(es) angostura bitters
• Top with
• 45 ml champagne

Glass: Coupe Glass

Glass Size: 8 oz.

Garnish: Lime slice

Instructions

1. Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed.
2. Add ice cubes.
3. Cap and shake vigorously.
4. Strain into chilled serving glass.
5. Garnish.
