Ingredients

• 1 oz. 30 mL premium bourbon
• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL aperitif
• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL sweet vermouth
• 2 pump(s) Monin watermelon concentrated flavour

Glass: Rocks

Glass Size: 12 oz.

Garnish: Watermelon, Orange peel, wheel or wedge

Instructions

Pour ingredients into mixing glass with ice in order listed. Stir vigorously to chill and strain into an ice-filled serving glass. Garnish and serve.
