• 1 pump(s) Monin pineapple concentrated flavour
• 1 oz. 30 mL Monin Mojito Mint syrup
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL mezcal
• 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL coconut rum
• 2 club soda

Glass Size: 12 oz.

Garnish: Edible flower(s), Tiki umbrella or straw

Instructions

Combine ingredients in shaker filled with ice in the order listed, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage. Garnish.
