• 1/4 oz. 6 mL Cucumber Concentrated Flavor
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin sugar free sweetener (Americas)
• 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL gin
• 1 oz. 30 mL fresh lemon juice
• Fill with sparkling water

Glass: Collins

14 oz. 420 mL

Garnish: Strawberries, Cucumber slice

Instructions

Muddle fruit/herbs and MONIN product(s) in shaker. Add remaining ingredients except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage and garnish.
