• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL Lavender syrup
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Yuzu Purée
• Top with
• 6 oz. 180 mL club soda

Garnish: Lavender sprig, Lemon peel, wheel or wedge

Instructions

Pour ingredients into an ice-filled serving glass in order listed. Transfer into a mixing tin and back into serving glass. Garnish and serve.
