Hot Honey

Instructions

      1. In a saucepan, combine the honey sweetener, crushed chili flake, apple cider vinegar and salt and bring to a boil over high heat.
      2. Once boiling reduce the heat to medium-low and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the mixture has reached 135° F.
      3. Remove from the heat and carefully strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve, then allow to cool to room temperature.
      4. Serve as desired or store tightly covered until use.
