Ingredients

• 1/2 oz. 15 mL liqueur
• 1 1/4 oz. 37 1/2 mL gin
• 1 oz. 30 mL Monin Honey syrup
• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL fresh lemon juice
• 2 oz. 60 mL club soda
• 1 oz. 30 mL ginger ale

Glass: Double Old Fashioned

Glass Size: 14 oz.

Garnish: Lemon wheel, Edible flower(s), Kumquat

Instructions

Combine ingredients into an ice-filled shaker in order listed, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage, garnish, and serve.
