Ingredients

• 2 pump(s) Monin passion fruit concentrated flavour
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Elder Flower syrup
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lemon juice
• Top with
• 3 sparkling grape juice
• 2 oz. 60 mL club soda

Glass: Wine Glass

Glass Size: 16 oz.

Garnish: Mint sprig, Dehydrated grapefruit

Instructions

Combine ingredients in shaker filled with ice in the order listed, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage. Garnish.
