• 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL tequila
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL triple sec curaçao liqueur
• 1/10 oz. 3 mL Monin jalapeno concentrated flavour
• 1 oz. 30 mL pineapple juice
• 3 oz. 90 mL fresh sweet & sour mix

Glass: Tall/Pint

Glass Size: 16 oz.

Garnish: Pineapple slice, Pepper

Instructions

Pour ingredients into an ice-filled mixing glass in order listed. Cap, shake, and pour into serving glass. Garnish and serve.
