Ingredients

  • 1 oz. 30 mL Monin Golden Turmeric Syrup
  • 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lime juice
  • 2 oz. 60 mL pineapple juice
  • 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL premium rum
  • 3 oz. 90 mL champagne
  • 4 dash(es) bitter

Glass: Wine Glass

Glass Size: 16 oz.

Garnish: Mint sprig, Pineapple slice, Powdered sugar, Pineapple leaves

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in shaker filled with ice in the order listed, except sparkling beverage.
  2. Cap and shake vigorously.
  3. Strain into chilled serving glass.
  4. Top with sparkling beverage.
  5. Garnish.
