Ingredients

• 23 ml Monin Coconut syrup
• 8 ml Monin Blue Curaçao syrup
• 60 ml pineapple juice
• 30 ml cream
• 60 ml soda

Glass: Collins

Glass Size: 14 oz.

Garnish: Pineapple leaves

Instructions

1. Combine ingredients except sparkling beverage in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
2. Shake vigorously.
3. Pour into a glass.
4. Top with sparkling beverage.
5. Serve.
