Ingredients

• 1 oz. 30 mL premium vodka
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Pineapple Purée
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Passion Fruit syrup
• 1 oz. 30 mL orange juice
• 1 oz. 30 mL egg white
• Top with brut champagne

Instructions

Chill serving glass. Pour ingredients into an ice-filled mixing glass in order listed. Cap, shake, and strain into chilled serving glass. Garnish and serve.
