Dragon Fruit Sherbet

Ingredients

  • 1 pint heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 cup Monin Dragon Fruit Syrup
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • Zest of lemon
  • 1/2 tsp. cardamom
  • 1 pinch salt

Glass: Culinary

Glass Size: 1 quart.

Instructions

      1. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and whisk until the granulated sugar has fully dissolved.
      2. Pour the mixture into the bowl of an ice cream machine and freeze according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
      3. Once frozen, transfer the mixture to a container, cover tightly, and place in the freezer until thoroughly frozen, at least 2 hours.
