Dragon Fruit Sherbet
Ingredients
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup Monin Dragon Fruit Syrup
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- Zest of lemon
- 1/2 tsp. cardamom
- 1 pinch salt
Glass: Culinary
Glass Size: 1 quart.
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and whisk until the granulated sugar has fully dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into the bowl of an ice cream machine and freeze according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Once frozen, transfer the mixture to a container, cover tightly, and place in the freezer until thoroughly frozen, at least 2 hours.
