Dragon Fruit Cream Cheese Icing

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 (8oz) package of cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup Monin Dragon Fruit Syrup
  • Pinch of salt

Glass: Culinary

Glass Size: 4 cups.

Instructions

      1. In a mixing bowl, whisk all ingredients together until well combined.
      2. Place into a container, cover tightly and refrigerate until use.
