Ingredients

• ice cubes
• 2 cucumber wheels
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lime juice
• 1 oz. 30 mL Monin Cucumber syrup
• 6 oz. 180 mL club soda

Glass: Any/Multiple

Glass Size: 16 oz.

Garnish: Cucumber slice(s), Lime peel, wheel or wedge

Instructions

Muddle fruit/herbs and MONIN product(s) in shaker. Squeeze citrus and discard. Add ice. Cap and shake vigorously. Fine-strain into ice-filled serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage and garnish.
