Ingredients

• ice cubes
• 1/4 oz. 7 1/2 mL Monin Cherry syrup
• 1 3/4 oz. 52 1/2 mL amaretto liqueur
• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL lemon juice
• 1 egg white

Glass: Rocks

Glass Size: 12 oz.

Garnish: Cherries, Lemon peel, wheel or wedge

Instructions

Shake ingredients without ice. Add ice and shake to chill. Strain into ice-filled serving glass.
