Ingredients

• 1 oz. 30 mL blue cotton candy syrup
• 1 oz. 30 mL heavy cream
• 5 oz. 150 mL club soda

Glass Size: 16 oz.

Garnish: Cotton candy, Straw

Instructions

Combine ingredients in an ice-filled shaker in order listed, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Pour into serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage, garnish, and serve.
