Blue Raspberry Jell-O
Ingredients
- 3 cups water
- 1/2 cup Monin Blue Raspberry Syrup
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 (2 1/2 tsp.) gelatin powder packs

Glass Size: 1 1/4 cups.
Instructions
- In 2 Tbsp. of warm water, add the to gelatin packs and let bloom for 10 minutes.
- Add the remaining ingredients into a saucepot and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat and add the gelatin, whisking until completely incorporated and making sure there are no lumps.
- Pour into a mold or dish of choice and place in the fridge for 3 hours to set.
- Serve immediately or store tightly wrapped in the fridge.
