Blue Raspberry Jell-O

Ingredients

Glass Size: 1 1/4 cups.

Instructions

      1. In 2 Tbsp. of warm water, add the to gelatin packs and let bloom for 10 minutes.
      2. Add the remaining ingredients into a saucepot and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat and add the gelatin, whisking until completely incorporated and making sure there are no lumps.
      3. Pour into a mold or dish of choice and place in the fridge for 3 hours to set.
      4. Serve immediately or store tightly wrapped in the fridge.
