Ingredients

• 2 oz. 60 mL premium dry gin
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Honey syrup
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Lavender syrup
• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL aquafaba/chickpea juice
• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL fresh lemon juice

Glass: Coupe Glass

Glass Size: 8 oz.

Garnish: Lavender sprig, Sugar rimmer, Lemon slice

Instructions

Shake ingredients without ice. Add ice and shake to chill. Strain into chilled serving glass.
