Ingredients

  • 8 leaf(ves) mint leaves
  • 15 ml fresh lime juice
  • 15 ml Monin hickory smoke syrup
  • 30 ml pineapple juice
  • 45 ml light rum
  • ice cubes
  • top club soda

Glass: Tall/Pint

Glass Size: 16 oz.

Garnish: Mint sprig, Lime peel, wheel or wedge, Pineapple

Instructions

  1. Pour fruit(s)/spice(s)/herb(s)/veggie(s) into your shaker tin and muddle with MONIN flavoring(s).
  2. Add other ingredients.
  3. Shake vigorously with ice cubes.
  4. Pour mix into a glass and top with sparkling beverage.
  5. Serve.
