Banana Rum Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Monin Monin Banana Syrup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup rum of choice
- 1/2 cup butter
- Pinch of salt
Glass: Culinary
Glass Size: 10 ounces.
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pot except for the butter and simmer until reduced by 1/4.
- Remove from the heat and stir in butter until well combined.
- Taste for seasoning. Serve immediately or store in a tightly sealed container in the fridge.
