Ingredients

• 1/2 cup Monin Monin Banana Syrup
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 1/4 cup rum of choice
• 1/2 cup butter
• Pinch of salt

Glass Size: 10 ounces.

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pot except for the butter and simmer until reduced by 1/4.
2. Remove from the heat and stir in butter until well combined.
3. Taste for seasoning. Serve immediately or store in a tightly sealed container in the fridge.
