Banana Cinnamon Cream Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup Monin Monin Banana Syrup
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

Instructions

      1. Preheat oven to 375° F and line two sheet pans with parchment paper or silpads.
      2. In the bowl of a stand mixer equipped with the paddle attachment, cream together fats and sugars on medium-high speed.
      3. When light and fluffy, mix in the egg and the syrup on low speed until fully incorporated.
      4. In a separate bowl, whisk together dry ingredients. Slowly add the dry ingredients into the wet until fully incorporated.
      5. Scoop the dough out into 1-inch scoops and place on a baking sheet with 2 inches of space in between.
      6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown at the bottom.
      7. Remove from oven and allow to completely cool before serving.
