• 1 oz. 30 mL Monin Almond syrup
• 1 pump(s) Monin Coconut Concentrated Flavor
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lemon juice
• 8 oz. 240 mL pineapple juice

Garnish: Pineapple, Mint leaves

Instructions

1. Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed.
2. Add ice cubes.
3. Cap and shake vigorously.
4. Strain into serving glass filled with fresh ice.
5. Garnish.
