Ingredients

• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Green Mint syrup
• 1 oz. 30 mL dark cocoa cream
• 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL Irish cream liqueur
• 2 oz. 60 mL heavy cream

Glass: Nick & Nora

5 oz. 150 mL

Garnish: Whipped cream, Andes mints

Instructions

In serving glass (no ice), slowly pour ingredients into bowl of bar spoon in order listed. Ensure bottom of bar spoon is in contact with previous layer. Garnish and serve.
