Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

  • The Monin Review Promotion ("Promotion") is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  • Employees of Monin and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, and siblings) and individuals living in the same household as such employees are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

Promotion Period:

The Promotion begins on March 1st, 2024, and ends on March 5th, 2024, at 11:59 PM EST ("Promotion Period").


How to Enter:

  • To enter the Promotion, participants must submit a review of Monin products as outlined in the promotional materials provided by Monin.
  • Entries must be submitted within the Promotion Period to be eligible.
  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win the Promotion.
  • Only one entry per person is permitted.

Prize:

  • One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries to receive a free Stanley®️ Tumbler ("Prize").
  • The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash or any other prize.
  • Monin reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value in the event the advertised Prize becomes unavailable.

Winner Selection and Notification:

  • The winner of the Prize will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
  • The drawing will be conducted within seven (7) days following the end of the Promotion Period.
  • The winner will be notified via email or direct message within ten (10) days of the drawing date.
  • If the winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of the initial notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

General Conditions:

  • By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Monin, which are final and binding.
  • Monin reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.
  • Monin is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical malfunctions that may occur.
  • Monin reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.

Limitation of Liability:

By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to release and hold harmless Monin, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

Privacy Policy:

Any personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for the administration of the Promotion and as permitted by Monin's Privacy Policy.
