Permissible Public Website Registration

If you purchase Monin® products (“Products”) from a Monin Authorized Distributor or Authorized Subdistributor, and you wish to sell Products on your own proprietary website, you must register your website with Monin. Please note you are not authorized to sell Products on or through your own proprietary website that constitutes a “Permissible Public Website” under the Authorized Subdistributor Policy until you have registered that website with Monin.

To complete registration, please (1) review the Monin Canada, Inc. Authorized Subdistributor Policy for Canada, (2) fill out the Permissible Public Website Registration Form (“Form”) below, and (3) click SUBMIT.

Please note that this Form is only used to register “Permissible Public Websites,” as defined in the Authorized Subdistributor Policy. The Authorized Subdistributor Policy prohibits you from selling Products on online marketplaces (such as Amazon, eBay, and Walmart Marketplace) without Monin’s prior written consent. Consent to sell Products on online marketplaces is not granted through this Form.

This website registration process and the Authorized Subdistributor Policy are applicable only in Canada.
