Brad has worked in the food and beverage industry for nearly a decade. Starting with a high school job in manufacturing, he later worked as a server and a bartender in college. Brad actually began his journey at Monin as an intern, working in Marketing and Innovation. His experiences in both departments give him a unique perspective on everything that goes into creating memorable products and experiences for our customers. His favorite part of working in Innovation is getting to combine his passion for food and beverage with problem-solving and creativity. Brad’s commitment to excellence is evident in his desire to learn and grow as a Beverage Innovator, and to help customers succeed in the evolving world of flavors and culinary trends.
We will continue to see a rise in functional ingredients and additives in every day drinks, like coffee, cocktails, even water. Also growing in popularity: mushroom coffee, low sugar energy drinks.
