Ingredients

• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL Yuzu Pineapple Syrup
• 2 oz. 60 mL silver tequila
• 1/4 oz. 7 1/2 mL fresh lime juice
• Top with grapefruit flavored soda

Glass: Collins

Glass Size: 16 oz.

Garnish: Grapefruit wheel or wedge, Pineapple frond

Instructions

Combine ingredients into an ice-filled shaker in order listed, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage, garnish, and serve.
