Ingredients

• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL Monin Elder Flower syrup
• 1 pump(s) watermelon concentrated flavour
• 1/4 oz. 7 1/2 mL fresh lime juice
• 2 oz. 60 mL apple juice
• 1 oz. 30 mL club soda

Glass: Coupe Glass

Glass Size: 8 oz.

Garnish: Watermelon, Mint leaves

Instructions

Combine ingredients into an ice-filled shaker in order listed, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage, garnish, and serve.
