Ingredients

• 2 leaf(ves) sage
• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL Monin Winter Citrus Syrup
• 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL silver tequila
• 1 oz. 30 mL fresh lemon juice
• 1 oz. 30 mL fresh grapefruit juice
• Top club soda

Glass Size: 12 oz.

Garnish: Grapefruit wheel or wedge, Sage

Instructions

Muddle fruit/herbs and MONIN product(s) in shaker. Add remaining ingredients except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage and garnish.
