Ingredients

• 1 oz. 30 mL premium dry gin
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Winter Citrus Syrup
• Top with
• 6 oz. 180 mL champagne or sparkling wine

Glass: Wine Glass

Glass Size: 16 oz.

Garnish: Grapefruit wheel or wedge, Tarragon

Instructions

Combine ingredients into an ice-filled shaker in order listed, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage, garnish, and serve.
