Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL aged rum
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL cherry brandy
• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL Monin White Chocolate sauce
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lemon juice
• 1 oz. 30 mL pink grapefruit juice

Glass: Martini/Cocktail

Glass Size: 8 oz.

Garnish: Dehydrated lemon

Instructions

Chill serving glass. Pour ingredients into an ice-filled mixing glass in order listed. Cap, shake, and strain into chilled serving glass. Garnish and serve.
