Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL premium dry gin
• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL Monin Pink Grapefruit syrup
• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL fresh lime juice
• 1/10 oz. 3 mL Monin watermelon concentrated flavour
• 1 oz. 30 mL club soda

Glass Size: 14 oz.

Garnish: Mint sprig, Lime wedge

Instructions

Combine ingredients into an ice-filled shaker in order listed, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage, garnish, and serve.
