ube cold foam iced latte
Ingredients
- 30 ml Monin Ube Syrup
- 2 shot(s) espresso
- 90 ml milk
- top with Infused Cold Foam
- 15 ml Monin Ube Syrup
- 90 ml skimmed milk
Glass: Glass
Glass Size: 16 oz.
Garnish: No garnish needed
Instructions
- Combine ingredients, except milk, in serving cup.
- Stir and set aside.
- Steam milk in pitcher.
- Pour 30 ml steamed milk into serving cup.
- Use spoon to top beverage with remaining milk foam.
- Garnish.
