tropical kombucha
Ingredients
- 1 oz. silver rum
- 1 oz. Monin Pineapple Purée
- 1/4 oz. Monin Almond syrup
- 1/4 oz. fresh lime juice
- 3 oz. kombucha
- 1/2 oz. dark rum floater
Glass: Tiki
Glass Size: 14 oz.
Garnish: Lime peel, wheel or wedge, Flowers/herbs, Pineapple frond
Instructions
- Combine ingredients except sparkling beverage in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
- Shake vigorously.
- Pour into a glass.
- Top with sparkling beverage.
- Serve.
