Ingredients

• 1 pump(s) Monin Basil Concentrated Flavor
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Blood Orange syrup
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lemon juice
• 2 oz. 60 mL aperitif
• 4 chunk(s) strawberries
• 2 cherry tomatoes

Glass: Julep Cup

Glass Size: 12 oz.

Garnish: Tomato, Basil sprig, Orange slice

Instructions

Place ingredients into bottom of mixing glass and muddle. Fill mixing glass full of ice and add remaining ingredients in order listed. Cap, shake, and strain into serving glass over fresh ice. Garnish and serve.
