Ingredients

• 1 oz. 30 mL Monin Winter Citrus Syrup
• 1 oz. 30 mL fresh lemon juice
• 3 ea. ginger
• 4 oz. 120 mL ginger beer

Glass: Double Old Fashioned

Glass Size: 14 oz.

Garnish: Mint, Ginger, Lemon twist

Instructions

Fill serving glass full of ice. Place ingredients into bottom of mixing glass and muddle. Fill mixing glass 2/3 full of ice and pour remaining ingredients in order listed. Stir vigorously to mix, and strain into serving glass with ice. Add garnish, and serve.
