Ingredients

• 4 ea. cherry tomatoes
• 1 ea. fresh thyme
• 2 oz. 60 mL premium vodka
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Melon syrup
• 1/4 oz. 7 1/2 mL fresh lemon juice
• 1/4 oz. 7 1/2 mL Champagne vinegar

Glass: Coupe Glass

Glass Size: 8 oz.

Garnish: Tomato, Thyme

Instructions

1. Muddle fruit/herbs and MONIN product(s) in shaker.
2. Add remaining ingredients.
3. Cap and shake vigorously.
4. Strain into chilled serving glass and garnish.
