Ingredients

• 1/4 oz. 7 1/2 mL Monin Lavender syrup
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin honey organic sweetener
• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL fresh lemon juice
• 2 oz. 60 mL gin

Glass: Coupe Glass

Glass Size: 8 oz.

Garnish: Lavender sprig, Sunflower , Flowers/herbs

Instructions

Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed. Add ice cubes. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled serving glass. Garnish.
