Ingredients

• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin spiced pumpkin fruit puree
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin spiced brown sugar syrup
• 2 dash(es) bitter
• 2 shot(s) espresso
• Fill with steamed milk

Glass: Latte glass

Glass Size: 16 oz.

Garnish: Cinnamon stick, Whipped cream, Star anise, Cinnamon sugar

Instructions

Combine ingredients, except milk, in serving cup. Stir and set aside. Steam milk in pitcher. Pour steamed milk into serving cup, stirring gently. Garnish.
