• 1 oz. 30 mL Monin Raspberry syrup
• 1 oz. 30 mL grapefruit juice
• 166667/1000000 oz. 5 mL balsamic vinegar
• 5 oz. 150 mL tonic water

Glass: Highball

Glass Size: 12 oz.

Garnish: Lime peel, Raspberries

Instructions

Combine ingredients in an ice-filled shaker in order listed, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Pour into serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage, garnish, and serve.
