Ingredients

• 2 pump(s) Monin Cucumber Concentrated Flavor
• 1 oz. 30 mL Lemon Tea concentrate
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lime juice
• Fill with Indian Tonic

Glass: Wine Glass

Glass Size: 14 oz.

Garnish: Lemon wheel, Mint sprig, Strawberry slices, Cucumber slice

Instructions

Combine ingredients into an ice-filled shaker in order listed, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage, garnish, and serve.
