• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Ginger Purée
• 1/4 oz. 7 1/2 mL Tangerine syrup
• 2 shot(s) espresso
• Fill with tonic water

Garnish: Mint, Candied ginger, Dehydrated orange wheel

Instructions

Combine ingredients in an ice-filled shaker in order listed, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Pour into serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage, garnish, and serve.
